Catherine Kathure

She currently served as Finance and Administrative Manager at Generations for Change and Growth Inc (GCG), where she oversees the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and donor reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability across all transactions. She also manages grant tracking, procurement processes, HR functions including payroll and recruitment and leads a team of administrative and finance staff to support the organization’s strategic goals.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from Daystar University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Level II and holds a Certified Procurement and Supplies Practitioner credential. Prior to joining GCG, she served as Finance Manager at Joleen Traders, Group Accountant at P7 Security Limited and Broad Contractors Company Limited, and Senior Accountant at Women Fighting Aids in Kenya (WOFAK), where she managed grants, budgets, and donor compliance. Catherine brings a wealth of experience in financial stewardship, operational efficiency, and team leadership to the organization.
