Dr. Kirori Mindo is a seasoned Strategy and Program Design Expert with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, policy development and program implementation across regional and bilateral development contexts.
Each team member brings a unique set of professional skills, including expertise in project management, community outreach, fundraising, advocacy.
Mr. Derow has received different awards in Community Development Initiatives
He currently served as Lead for Strategy Development, Design and Implementation at USAID/Kenya and East Africa, where he directs the formulation of regional and bilateral strategies, ensuring alignment with national development priorities and USAID’s Program Cycle. He has also served as Digital Development Advisor at USAID, advancing digital inclusion across East Africa and as Activity Manager for the USAID and Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) First and Last Mile Connections Project in Nairobi.
Dr. Mindo holds a PhD and MSc in Information Technology from Kabarak University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is a dedicated mentor with the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI), supporting youth leaders across East Africa and has extensive international work experience spanning Kenya, the United States, Finland, Namibia, Ghana, Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Indonesia and China.
